We use many leading edge printing technologies such as the HP Indigo 10000, the Agfa Anapurna 2050i, the Komori LS529 H-UV press, the Epson Surecolor SC-P9000 STD and the Epson Surecolor SCP5000 series, the XMPie variable image generation software, and the ERP system Microsoft Navision/ Printvis.
We use the Zecchini and have automated all of our board book production, including novelty board books such as those with flaps, die-cuts, wheels, sliders, Pulltabs, and puzzles. We can make up to 20,000 bound board books a day.
We are also one of the few printing agencies that use the exclusive H-UV curing technology. This system uses UV light to dry ink, making sure every sheet of paper is mark free. H-UV means higher quality, more options, and faster delivery.
